Processing Time

​At AM Archives, we take pride in packaging each of our orders very carefully and with love. Please be patient as we prepare and perfect your order. We ship all orders out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day your order is placed. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer processing time, you will be notified. All orders are sent out with a tracking number that you will receive by email.

Please Note: AM Archives cannot be held responsible for any delays in postal mail services nor can we be held responsible if your package is lost or stolen. In the event your package is delayed, lost or stolen, please contact your carrier to file a claim. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

At AM Archives, we aim for everyone who shops with us to make an informed purchase they feel confident in and happy about. However, in the rare case that you are unhappy with your purchase due to having received a defective or damaged item, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Returns are only accepted within 5 days of the date the item was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and labels attached. To return an item, please Contact Us with your order number, proof of purchase, and details about why you are returning the item (including photos if available). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your return is being processed. We do our best to accommodate every return. However, eligibility of returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

In the event that your return is not approved, it will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. However, if an item is determined to be defective or damaged due to an error on our part, all return shipping charges will be paid for or reimbursed by us. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement. 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale Items - Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items are not eligible for a return.

  • Designer Jewelry - These products are made-to-order therefore, can only be exchanged for store credit. 

EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, generally all items are one-of-one and cannot be replaced or exchanged. 

QUALITY GUARANTEE

We strive to accurately describe and photograph the condition of each item. If you feel there is a discrepancy between how an item is portrayed on our site and how it appears when you receive it, do not hesitate to Contact Us.
